• You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
Domestic Orders:
• Free standard shipping on orders over 25,000 THB.
• A flat rate of 100 THB for orders under 25,000 THB
International Orders:
• Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
• We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• International orders may take 7-14 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
• Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.
• To avoid delays or lost packages, please double-check the shipping address at checkout. Taana is not responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect address information.
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at taana.finejewelry@gmail.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
• Taana is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
